We respond to medical emergencies at your home, place of work, or anywhere in between, anytime of the day. Our medical emergency panic system will ensure you get the help where you need it - when you need it.
You choose from a wide range of panic buttons - including wireless models to be worn around your neck, wrist, on your key chain or hard-wired buttons that can be installed virtually anywhere in your home.
When you press the button, a signal immediately and silently is sent to Provident. Our 24 hour emergency response team will follow your pre-defined instructions. Depending on these instructions, Provident will dispatch Paramedics, Fire Department personnel and/or family members. In addition, we will also send our own responder to meet emergency authorities onsite to provide assistance and unlock your door if necessary.
How It Works...
Once a medical emergency alarm is activated, an immediate signal is sent to our 24 hour Operations Centre. Within seconds, an action plan that has been customized for your particular situation is put into place. This may include immediately dispatching Paramedics, our own response team or calling you first to ensure that you are alright.
In the event that you are unable to answer the phone, our trained and professional Operations Centre team members can talk directly to you through a live two-way voice connection.
By maintaining a detailed medical response file on your particular needs, we are able to advise the responding emergency teams on any specific medical conditions, treatment allergies or other potentially life-saving information.
