Provident monitors virtually all critical systems in your home, including furnaces, wine cellars, sprinklers, pool pumps, and anything else that has a trouble light indicator. Commercially, Provident monitors kitchen coolers, laboratory incubators & freezers, LAN room temperature, server hard drives as well as a wide variety of other critital systems.
Rather than relying on a physical inspection of these systems, Provident pro-actively monitors these devices so that you have piece of mind knowing your home or business is safe from injury and unnecessary damage and costs.
How It Works...
Our technicians will come to your premises and connect your alarm system to virtually any system or device that has the capability of being remotely monitored.
In the event of an activated alarm, a signal is immediately sent to Provident's Operations Centre. 24 hours a day, Provident will follow your pre-defined instructions which may include calling you first or dispatching the appropriate service personnel and coordinating getting them into your home or office. In many applications, our response service may include an automated e-mail or SMS message to advise you of the exact alarm condition that we have received within seconds of its occurrence.
For many residential clients that spend significant amounts of time out of town, our response service will include dispatching the appropriate plumber or other service provider and then meeting them at your home and supervising their repairs.
