Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative on our Operations Center Team, you will work in the nerve center of the company. Our 24/7 team works primarily on the phone; monitoring alarms, dispatching our mobile team, troubleshooting technical issues with our internal and external teams. From dispatching 911 to helping a client understand their invoice, Provident is about helping people. Far more than being an operator monitoring alarms, you are a critical piece in providing excellent service to our clients. Requirements:
  • Previous experience providing customer service or support on the phone
  • Able to do shift work (Morning/Afternoon/Graveyard/Weekdays/Weekends)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Drive to continually learn and improve
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find the best solutions for our clients
  • Currently have or able to obtain your security license; this means you are 19 or older, have no criminal record and are legally entitled to work in Canada
