Great Blog!
Timely presentation – but would like to see ballpark figures of installation prices. I think many customers are price-conscious these days. The numbers don’t have to be precise – just give the customers an idea of what it’s involved and at what approximate cost.
Example: Do you need a transmitter at each site of water? (all sinks, all toilets, washing machines, pipe locations etc.)

Stupid question but what is BLINK and why is it faster than a regular landline?

@John BLINK is a mesh radio network that we use to send alarm signals in Vancouver… in terms of comparing to a landline, BLINK is like ADSL whereas a landline is dial-up.
Unlike a landline, BLINK is always on and has a direct connection to our receivers… allowing to get signals almost immediately.
