		<description>I completely agree with you.  The alarm industry needs to be doing much, much more to confront the false alarm problem.  Poorly designed, installed or serviced security systems trigger too many false activations and waste too many resources.  Not enough emphasis is placed on verification technology and training system owners.  We as an industry must work together to affect real change in order to deliver the security we promise.</description>
